1.What is the minimum amount I can order to get wholesale prices?
The minimum order for wholesale is 100 bags. The price varies based on the quantity ordered. Contact our wholesale department for details (wholesale@topk2.com or 1-888-48-TOPK2 ex. 4).
2.What are your wholesale price breaks?
We offer price breaks at 100 bags, 300 bags, 500 bags and more. Contact our wholesale department for details (wholesale@topk2.com or 1-888-48-TOPK2 ex. 4).
3.Can I get my wholesale order shipped COD?
Yes.
4.How long does it take to get my wholesale order?
Wholesale orders ship the same day they are placed. All wholesale orders are shipped FREE with UPS ground or USPS priority (unless a different option is requested) which takes 2-5 days to deliver.
5.What are my payment options for wholesale orders?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Other methods of payment include Wire Transfer, Western Union Cashier's Check, Money Orders and Checks via COD.
6.Can I get a free sample before I make a wholesale purchase?

7. Can I return my wholesale order? If so for what reasons?
We offer a 100% money-back guarentee on all Generation 2 & 3 product lines only. We do not accept returns on any custom orders (custom product lines etc.). All returns must be shipped with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. RMA numbers can be obtained by phone (888-48-TOPK2) or email (rma@topk2.com). The RMA email must include: your order number, reason(s) for requesting a return. Returns shipped with out an RMA number will be denied refund. We do not accept returns on clearly open and used products.
Customer is responsible for return shipping upon RMA approval. A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all orders. A refund will be issued within 10 business days of package arrival. Top K2 can not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders upon return shipping.
